Love for cooking at first sight!
My name is Olesya Grimailo.
I was born in Krasnodar. My mother worked as a cook in production, and right after school I helped her in the kitchen. And on weekends, when we gathered with the whole family, my mother prepared incredibly delicious dishes such as cabbage soup, borscht, baked poultry, pancakes, pies, pies and much more. Often there were dishes of Central Asian cuisine on the table: my mother’s pilaf was a real masterpiece, as well as lamb, kuyrdak, lagman and beshbarmak with horse meat. I always enjoyed helping her cook at home and still use some of her secrets. Even then, as a schoolgirl, I realized that my life was inextricably linked with cooking.
After finishing school and culinary school, I moved to Moscow to continue my studies.
Then I moved to France, where I received additional knowledge at the culinary school “Le Cordon Bleu”, and then at “Le Pres d’Eugenie”.
I enjoy not only cooking, but also exploring its depths: trying out new recipes, cooking methods, combinations of ingredients and spices. I also have a little passion for decorating dishes beautifully.
On my blog I will share interesting discoveries and useful tips, and I hope that my posts will be useful to my dear readers.
