I was born in 1987 in Krasnodar.
From an early age I had an interest in cooking. My mother was a professional cook and worked in canteens at industrial enterprises. I often helped my mother at work in the canteen. After graduating from school, she entered the culinary school, and upon graduation moved to Moscow. There she began working in public catering, and later received a higher education as a confectionery production engineer.
Before I started working in famous establishments, I worked for 10 years in public catering – in canteens and in the kitchens of industrial enterprises. Knowing the high demands placed on food and cooking in this industry, I began interning in restaurants: first as an assistant cook in the hot shop in the kitchen, and later as an assistant chef.
Then there was a move to Europe, internships and training. My first school in Paris was “Le Cordon Bleu”, then “Le Pres d’Eugenie”.
After several years of internships in France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, I returned to Russia. In Moscow, I was offered to represent a large gastronomic restaurant, Kinza project.
I love my job – cooking. I love both traditional and new dishes.
I am happy to share my culinary discoveries, proven over the years and profession, on how to cook simply, tasty and healthy. I maintain my blog with recipes on Yandex.Zen.
