Zucchini omelette

Ingredients:

  • zucchini – 1 pc. (200 gr.)
  • eggs – 2 pcs.
  • dill – a couple of sprigs
  • salt – 1/4 tsp.
  • ground black pepper – optional
  • garlic – optional
  • cheese – optional

Instead of wasting time on prep, we heat up the pan while we whisk two eggs in a bowl. Then finely chop a few stems of aromatic dill and add them to the eggs. After this, add salt to taste, and if desired, you can also add a little black pepper or garlic and mix everything.

Separately, grate one small zucchini on a coarse grater.

Now pour the eggs into the zucchini, mix quickly and go to the stove so that the zucchini does not have time to release juice.

Pour one tablespoon of vegetable oil into a heated frying pan, distribute it evenly with a brush and pour the prepared mixture into the frying pan. Distribute it evenly over the pan, cover with a lid and reduce the heat to low. Let the omelette cook for 5-7 minutes.

After the elapsed 5 minutes, serve the omelette to the table.
